Restaurante Akquaaa hosts corporate lunches and dinners right on the beach in Calafell, with set menus from 38 € to 58 € per person, a reserved dining room, private parking and rooms in the same building for anyone coming from out of town.

A working lunch that finishes on time

A corporate lunch has one condition the others do not: everyone has to go back. That is why we work with a set menu and table service — the table eats together, the budget is known in advance and the service runs to time.

And that is why the indoor dining room is the usual space: it is sheltered, people can talk without raising their voices and it works all year round, with the same window onto the sea as the terrace.

The menus

Three set menus served at the table: Group I at 38 € per person, Group II at 46 € and Group III at 58 €. All three include 10 % VAT, a bottle of wine for every four people and mineral water.

All of them open with a sharing board in the middle and go on to a main course chosen between fish and meat, ordered in advance so that the service does not run long.

A reserved dining room

The indoor dining room is set up as one long table or as several, depending on the format and the number of people.

Private parking

For a team arriving by car from Barcelona or Tarragona, it is the first thing anyone asks. You request it when booking.

Diets and allergies

They are accommodated with a few days' notice. We need to know before the event, not on the day.

A fixed budget

The menu is agreed in advance with the final number of guests, confirmed a few days beforehand.

The welcome aperitif

If the group arrives in dribs and drabs, we serve a welcome drink on the terrace while the table fills up: cava, vermouth or a cocktail from the bar, with the house tapa.

It is how nobody ends up waiting in their seat and the meal starts with everyone together. Tell us when you agree the menu.

When to book

For December dinners, in October. The good dates —the Thursdays and Fridays of the second half of the month— are taken two months ahead and do not come back.

For a midweek team lunch, a week or two is enough.

Accessibility

The restaurant is on the seafront promenade, at street level and with no step at the main entrance. The indoor dining room, the terrace and the toilets are wheelchair accessible, and there is a reserved parking space next to the door.

As at the Akquaaa Boutique Hotel, we have support equipment for hire for anyone who needs it during the celebration. Ask for it when booking and we will have it ready on the day of the event.

Akquaaa is the restaurant of the Akquaaa Boutique Hotel: the celebration ends in the very building where the rooms are. For a wedding, a corporate lunch with people from out of town or a group arriving from a distance, it solves the accommodation without anyone having to get in the car at the end of the night.
