Meals for teams and clubs

Restaurante Akquaaa organises meals for clubs, teams and sports events on the Calafell seafront promenade: set menus from 38 € per person, long tables, timings adapted to the competition and private parking.

Right on the beach, where the competing happens

The open water swims, the fun runs and the beach tournaments in Calafell all pass along the seafront promenade. The restaurant is at number 119, so the team walks up from the sand.

After competing two things matter: eating soon and eating well. With the menu agreed in advance, the table is served all at once and nobody waits.

Menus for teams

Three set menus served at the table: Group I at 38 € per person, Group II at 46 € and Group III at 58 €. All three include 10 % VAT, a bottle of wine for every four people and mineral water.

For large groups the timing can be adjusted: early meals before an afternoon event, or late ones when the competition runs long. Tell us what time you finish and we will work it out.

Flexible timings

Meals outside the usual hours when the competition demands it, with notice in advance.

Long tables

The indoor dining room is set up as one continuous table: the team eats together, not split into fours.

Parking for the coach

We have private parking. For coaches, tell us when booking and we will see where it can stop.

Sharing plates and rice

The eight rice dishes can be served in group format, which is what works best after competing.

Accessibility

The restaurant is on the seafront promenade, at street level and with no step at the main entrance. The indoor dining room, the terrace and the toilets are wheelchair accessible, and there is a reserved parking space next to the door.

As at the Akquaaa Boutique Hotel, we have support equipment for hire for anyone who needs it during the celebration. Ask for it when booking and we will have it ready on the day of the event.

Akquaaa is the restaurant of the Akquaaa Boutique Hotel: the celebration ends in the very building where the rooms are. For a wedding, a corporate lunch with people from out of town or a group arriving from a distance, it solves the accommodation without anyone having to get in the car at the end of the night.

Can you serve a whole team at once?

Yes, with the menu agreed in advance. It is the only way for a long table to eat together without waiting.

Can we eat outside the usual hours?

With notice, yes. Tell us what time the competition finishes and we will adjust the service.

Is there room to park the coach?

We have private parking for customers. For a coach you need to say so when booking so we can see where it can stop.

How much does a team meal cost?

From 38 € per person with Group Menu I, with VAT, wine and water included.
